With direct access for large vehicles, expert marine advice, a dedicated workshop and our own lifting gear, we can work on any job big or small; from bespoke manufacturing, marine welding to heavy equipment or farm machinery repairs.

We offer multiple welding processes (TIG, MIG, spot & stud) on all types of material (mild steel, aluminium and stainless). Customers are offered a personal service, where we will discuss your requirements and offer advice on which welding process suits your needs, before delivering quality welding and manufacturing solutions.

Garage/Mechanic Support: Alloy wheel repair, wheel nut removal, easing seized bolts etc.

Haulage Repairs: 4×4 Nissan Chassis repair with 3mm steel plate, shaped to fit.

Crane Repairs: Removal of old wheel arches, cut back to solid metal and rebuild front 1960 Foden Mobile Crane with added tool lockers, manufactured from 3mm mild steel.

Marine Repairs: Cutting precision hole, inserting mild steel 13″ tunnel and fitting of Kort KT45 bow thruster to the working tug ‘Joanna G’

Structural Steel Work: Manufacture of frames for arched roof.

Bespoke Work: Frame and doors manufactured to close and secure open ship gangway

Marine Storage Lockers: manufactured for steel fishing boat, replacing original wooden boxes.
